What do I need to play InterBingo?

InterBingo runs on any Windows-based PC system Windows 98/98 SE/2000/ME/Windows XP. For more details please see our Minimum System Requirements page.

How do I install InterBingo?

Click the DOWNLOAD NOW button on the right hand side of the page and follow the instructions.

Is this a pay game or is this site just for fun? How much does it cost per card?

You can Play for Fun or Play for Real. You purchase your cards in strips with three cards in a strip. The strip price is variable and can be set per game. Also available are packages where you can buy strips in packages at discounted prices.

How can I start playing?

It's easy. Simply download the InterBingo game from our site or install it from a CD and register an account.

How can I order a CD?

Click Here to fill in a request form. Don't forget to click the Submit button. We will send you a free CD.

How many cards can I play with?

At the moment the minimum number of cards you can play with is three (one strip) and the maximum number of cards is ninety six (hhirty two strips).

How can I purchase cards?

You can purchase single strip(s) of cards or packages of strips. After you entered any of our halls you can click the Buy Cards button to buy single strips or select the "Packages" tab to view the available list of packages.

Is the credit card the only way of transferring money onto your site? What cards do you accept?

In addition to Visa and Mastercard, we accept the following payment methods: NeTeller, FirePay, TelBuy, InstaCash, personal checks and wire deposits. InterBingo recommends NeTeller as the quickest and easier way to deposit and later withdraw your winnings. Please note that, when using both FirePay and Citadel, it can take time for your funds to clear. If you use FirePay, it will take 7-9 days for each deposit and 1-2 days for each withdrawal to clear. If you use Citadel, the clearance times are 5-8 days and 2-4 days respectively.

How much can I withdraw from my account?

You may withdraw up to your withdrawal limit at anytime.

I have registered for this game and I have been disconnected. I want a refund.

Although you have been disconnected, the card manager will continue to play your cards for you with the current game. If you have a bingo, you will be awarded that prize. If you purchased packages for future games, these cards will not be played and you will be credited for the purchase.

How can I be informed about any special offers or rule changes?

We notify all our players by e-mail of such events. We send newsletters to the e-mail address you have given in your account information at our site. If you want to receive the newsletters make sure you have entered a valid e-mail address.
